| MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – A delegation of the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) is set to visit the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus on 4-9 September. The KIPA is a government-sponsored organization devoted to independent research on public policy and administration, BelTA learnt from Professor Igor Gancherenok, provost for academic affairs of the Belarusian Academy of Public Administration. |

| MINSK DISTRICT, 1 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will open an educational complex consisting of an infant and a secondary school in the village of Borovlyany, Minsk District, on the Day of Knowledge on 1 September, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
The construction of the facility was launched in 2008 upon the instruction of the head of state. |

| VILNIUS, 27 August (BelTA) – A tanker with a pilot consignment of Venezuelan oil for Belarus will arrive in Lithuania in the night of August 29. If the sea is calm, then the tanker will dock at the Lithuanian oil terminal on Sunday at 8h00, informed Rokas Masiulis, director general of Klaipedos Nafta. |
